Cancellation and return information
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Effective 17 October 2026. A visitor may change a parts enquiry before any purchase exists. A request concerning goods or money already exchanged is a different matter. This page helps identify which situation is involved; it does not create a universal wholesale return rule or replace rights that apply to a particular transaction.
1. First identify whether there was a transaction
The website accepts no card payment, bank transfer, deposit or subscription. It does not turn a list of references and quantities into a paid order. If your only action was browsing or opening a draft, there is no website charge to reverse. You can change or discard that draft in your email software. If a question was already sent, a later clarification can explain your revised intention, but it does not prove that either email arrived or recall the earlier message.
2. Distinguish an enquiry from an accepted order
A separately accepted supply arrangement should be identified from its own records. Note the parties involved, purchase or invoice reference, component references, agreed quantities and units, and the relevant communication. An alteration to one line of a parts list is not necessarily a change to every line. Be precise about which item or quantity you want reviewed. This page does not itself accept a cancellation, create a restocking fee or promise that any particular change is commercially available.
3. Describe what differs from the arrangement
For a concern about supplied goods, explain the relevant part reference, quantity and condition and how the issue relates to the agreed description. Distinguish an incorrect reference, a short quantity, an apparent condition problem and a change in your requirements. Where application is in question, identify the vehicle specification that was discussed. These distinctions help describe the case; they do not predetermine responsibility, guarantee a remedy or remove a right merely because a component has been handled or examined.
4. Keep records useful to the review
Retain the relevant quotation, invoice or receipt, correspondence and product information. Packaging or labels may help identify a component where available, but this notice does not make retained packaging an absolute condition for statutory rights. The website has no upload facility. Arrange an appropriate channel if photographs or documents are needed. An initial explanation should not include complete card details, banking passwords, unrelated customer files or identity documents. Any further payment information should be limited to what the specific resolution actually needs.
5. Clarify handling before returning components
Do not send goods to an assumed returns address or book transport on the assumption that collection or freight is included. Clarify the proposed handling of the actual items, especially when a quantity consists of several packs or separate references. Describe any installation, modification or use that has already occurred without assuming that this alone settles the outcome. Do not fit an uncertain or apparently damaged component merely to test a claim. Return logistics, inspection and any replacement must be considered with the transaction and applicable rules.
6. A proposal is not a completed reimbursement
There is no refund dashboard, automatic return authorization or reimbursement processor on this site. A proposed resolution should identify the goods, quantities, relevant amount and next steps. No response, collection or repayment deadline is advertised here, and no optional extended-return program is created by this document. Applicable legal time limits and existing obligations remain relevant. A page message saying that a draft was opened is not approval of a return and cannot demonstrate that a payment has been reversed.
7. Rights depend on the actual buying relationship
Commercial arrangements should be reviewed on their facts. Where Brazilian consumer protections apply, statutory remedies and any applicable withdrawal right for an eligible purchase remain available. Calling a business a wholesaler does not by itself determine the legal position of every buyer. This notice imposes no general “no refunds” condition and requires no waiver of claims. If a matter remains unresolved, appropriate consumer-protection bodies or other competent authorities may provide guidance within their remit.
8. Send a traceable request to the identified company
Identify CHRISTIANO BORNEMANN LTDA, CNPJ 00.264.922/0001-06, in transaction correspondence. The registered address is RUA IMACULADA CONCEICAO, 1776, PRADO VELHO, CURITIBA - PR, 80215-182, Brazil. Explain the affected order or item and the action requested, and retain copies and appropriate delivery evidence. The website’s draft destination, [email protected], has not been provisioned or delivery-tested through this setup. Do not rely on an unacknowledged draft as your sole record of a formal cancellation or return request. Related information appears in the Terms of use and Privacy policy.
